Returns & Exchange Policy
At Pomp, every piece is designed and handmade with care, reflecting the passion and craftsmanship that go into creating high-fashion game day wear. Due to the custom nature of our pieces, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
Each garment is made to order, ensuring a unique fit and finish. Because of this, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges—our time and craftsmanship are irreplaceable. We encourage you to review sizing, details, and customization options carefully before placing an order.
RePomped pieces are created from thrifted or discarded garments, giving new life to materials that would otherwise go to waste. Because these pieces are truly one-of-a-kind, we cannot adjust sizes or alter the fit. The nature of upcycled fashion means each item is unique, and no two pieces are ever the same. Please fully understand the sizing and design before purchasing, as all RePomped pieces are final sale.
